Your story made me sad. Although the cat pats his “mom”‘s face, she doesn’t wake up because he no longer has claws. So cruel!! I’ve written a post about declawing on my blog Manx, Tabby, Tortie: My Life With Cats. It was the worst thing I ever did to one of my precious pets!
Amoralegria…..I’m sorry it made you sad. The good news is I don’t even have a cat. I am a dog person. I love animals very much and never want to cause them pain.
