We drove to West Texas this evening. Along the way we had the opportunity to watch a lovely sunset.

I really love the thousands of windmills in West Texas….if you look closely you can see them on the bluff.

    I know a lot of people don’t like the wind turbines, but I do. I think they look graceful in their rhythmic spinning. I’d much rather see a wind farm than a solar farm.

      Me too Joanne!
      We’ve driven down old dirt road for me to get closer to them. I could stand there for hours watching and taking pictures.
      Sometime soon i’ll post some of my close up photos.

        I used to cycle near one on the waterfront and passed quite close to it. I really liked the gentle swooshing noise of the blades.

        Of course that is one of the things that most people complain about.
