Took a trip to Dallas today to pick up packets for the Hot Chocolate 15k. One would think when participating in an event called “Hot Chocolate 15k” that the weather would be chilly, we would be bundled up with gloves and winter hats….but no, tomorrow’s low temperature will be 54 and the high 72(F). Hot chocolate will not be necessary, we live in Texas!

I thought so too Joanne when I registered. But now I’m 3 weeks into the 6 week plant-based diet!! So guess who isn’t eating marshmallows?! And yesterday at the expo they had Thin Mint chocolate milk!! That was hard to walk away from!!
