It is my opinion that any person that considers themselves a photographer (amateur or professional) would never pass up the opportunity to take a picture of this sign! If this sign were posted outside of a Government installation I would not consider taking the shot. However, this sign is posted on a metal fence that appears to surround a scrap yard….I couldn’t resist!

It is in a part of town that is growing with small businesses and restaurants. I wonder if “he” feels encroached upon!?!
