J = Juice

Juice, juicing….something I never thought I would do!

Since we started eating a plant based diet, juice has turned into a nice treat. We invested in a Vitamix and we enjoy trying new places that specialize in vegetarian or vegan foods and juices. Juice Junkies was one of the first places we tried…and has remained at the top of our list of favorites.

The A – Z Challenge will run through April. Each day is a different letter and a different photo…I hope you all enjoy!

    Juice, I love juice! Not only is it a thirst quencher, it can fill up the tummy too. And it’s so easy to make at home with fruit, veggies and a few other ingredients like water and milk. Championing your healthy diet 🙂

    So glad I came across your blog in the A to Z list, great post and I really love your blog. I’ve been toying with the idea of buying a Vitamix, I have a Nutribullet and I love it, but I know the Vitamix can do so much more. How do you like it? And which model do you have? ~Paula

      Hi Paula!
      Thank you for your kind words. I’m also glad you found my blog. I look forward to visiting your blog.
      We hesitated a bit before buying the Vitamix…will we use it? Is it worth it?? Yes and yes!!
      Love love love the Vitamix! Besides the fact that it can make a long list of things and can chop just about anything….it cleans itself!! That is a huge benefit.
      I’ve never used a NutriBullet….There are 2 of us that use it regularly and 5 total in the house. So size was important!
      We have the Professional series 750.
      Highly recommend….
      now I’m off to visit your blog!

        Thank you, and thanks for replying to my questions. I have heard many great things about the unit, but always hesitant on buying something so expensive. I purchased a kitchen aid stand mixer about 7 years ago. The professional series. I think I’ve used it about 6 time in the last 7 years lol. This however I do believe I would get much more use out of. I hear it can make a raw cheesecake and so much else. Thanks again, and thanks for taking a trip on over. Always welcome new faces 🙂 Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!

        I look forward to hearing if you go ahead with the purchase.
        The difference is….our Kitchen Aid Mixer sits on a shelf in the laundry room and we get it out at Christmas to make cookies. The Vitamix sits on the kitchen counter and we use it several times a week!!
