Narrow, winding road with a canopy of trees. The Guadalupe River flows nearby. After miles of twists and turns, an American flag is found hanging from the trees – nice.
Tree, love little surprises like that. I’ve had a few good ones this week such as finding the seal at the Opera House (see post) and today my daughter and I ended up watching a concert from her dance school at a local nursing home, which was fantastic. My son hsn’t been well and spending a day at Emergency and the next day at the GP and still not feeling any closer wasn’t expected either.
Thanks, Tree. It’s doing my head in. I dont like not knowing what it is and worry about his safety and he has missed a lot of school. That said, he has been sneaking chocolate even though he is intolerant at best and he is lactose intolerant.
This parenting caper is teaching me a lot about patience…more than I care to learn too! xx Rowena
Great find in the middle of no where.
I call these ‘tree tunnels’ 😃
Funny! I think of them as tree tunnels too! I especially love these roads on hot sunny days on a bike 🙂
Oh yes! A tree tunnel on a hot summer day….perfect!!
It’s like instantly getting a brief ‘natural air-conditioning’ moment !! =-)
Tree tunnels? Perfect name!
Good morning, Tree. Love the photo! The color of the flag and its representation shall add a lot of meaning to the photo. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Helen! I hope you are well.

Thanks very much. Will keep you posted.
