Since finding this challenge I have learned something valuable about myself. I love two types of doors.
One: the entrances to large beautiful churches

St. Mary’s of the Assumption – Fort Worth Texas
Two: Old abandon buildings

Abandon building South Fort Worth
It seems I might have missed the middle ground!

That’s because the middle ground is where the ordinary, functional doors reside and we aren’t ordinary people 😉
I must say that is true!!
What Joanne said 😀
Besides you’ll rarely go wrong with doors from big places of worship – they very rarely disappoint.
Very true…love the extravagance of the large churches.
My doors tend to be mostly well-used and in need of some tlc, with the occasional properly-cared-for entrance thrown in for good measure – but I like it that way 🙂
I will stop by and visit your doors!!
You have it just right! The middle ground is usually avoided when it comes to doors, they are usually the boring ones! 🙂
I agree! Boring middle ground!
