I really don’t like concrete waterways. However, I saw this waterway recently and thought it to be quite beautiful. The ivy growing along the edges and the trees lining the street helps it looks quite natural.

Guadalupe River – New Braunfels, Texas
Narrow, winding road with a canopy of trees. The Guadalupe River flows nearby. After miles of twists and turns, an American flag is found hanging from the trees – nice.

We attended Tina’s Nephew’s college graduation tonight.
He graduated from Texas State University. A small river (San Marcus River) runs through the campus. It is the school’s tradition for the recent graduates to jump into the river after the graduation ceremony.
