I have been traveling to Northern Ontario since childhood. Much of the woods, lakes and land remain untouched by modern advances. 
Each time I travel into the North Woods of Ontario I feel a sense of renewal…to me it is the true definition of pure.

Now you’re talking my language. Wisconsin isn’t as far north but the woods and lakes of our area are where my heart dwells. Nothing restores my soul like a walk in the woods.

I enjoy the north woods. I have been to the Gunflint Lodge in MN. It is at the end of the Gunflint trail. Looking across is Canada. Stunning. Thanks for sharing.
