I took my first bike ride of the “Spring” today. It was a 15 mile round trip. My body certainly needs to reacquaint itself with the bike π
I rode out to this wonderful little waterfall that me and one of my walking/biking buddies found last year. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place. This visit was especially nice because we’ve had so much rain lately there was actually water falling over the rocks!
This 2nd picture is of a railroad trestle that crosses the river and bike trail.
It’s nice to see a waterfall with water. π Yay for rain! You have lots of greenery.
It really is nice. We’ve had so much more rain than normal. Last summer when we walked to this waterfall it was dried up.
It looks like you have such a lovely place to cycle. Cycling here feels more like a death wish.
Enjoy!
It really is a nice trail. Riding on the streets here can be quite hazardous!! I try to plan my street routes as safely as possible.
15 miles! I’m lucky if I can go to. The pictures are beautiful. It’s starting to look like spring. I was thinking about a waterfall just the other day that I visited in Vermont. I was all of about 24, young, and well, it was a fun waterfall. π
Waterfalls are such a lovely thing. I would love to visit Vermont.
I hope to be riding much farther within the next few months
When you get to Joisey, holler! π
I certainly will!!
>> Reacquaint itself with the bike..
Ha ha… I thought I was the only one who had that problem. 15 miles on the first try? Wow! I think I can only do 4 π
Love the waterfall photo!
LOL! My back has reminded me all day that I rode 15 miles yesterday.
How’s your butt? Haha! That first ride of the year is always the worst for my hinder. Supposed to be 65 tomorrow so I am hoping to break mine out for a quick spin after work. π
My butt is sore!!
I hope you get to ride tomorrow….it sure helps that its no longer getting dark at 6pm π (and the warmer temps always help)
